Gluten Free Tahini Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 T honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Optional

  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Mix all dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt)

  3. In a separate bowl mix wet ingredients (bananas, tahini, eggs, honey, vanilla, sesame oil)

  4. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients

  5. Pour batter into bread pan

  6. Bake for 45 minutes
