Baklava Oatmeal Breakfast Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ cups almond milk
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 T butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Mix all ingredients together and pour into an 8x8 baking dish
  3. Bake for 45 minutes

Recipe Notes

I like this dish served warm with extra honey drizzled on top.
