The end of summer is almost near but never fear, because you can have amazing, fall off the bone ribs in just 30 minutes without even firing up your outdoor grill. Dust off your Instant Pot and prepare to be amazed!
Every time my mom comes to town, she requests these ribs. And I’m always happy to make them for her! One, because they are so easy and two because they taste so good!
Buy pork baby back ribs at the grocery store and when you get them home, make sure you peel off the membrane. The membrane is that white film on the back side of the ribs. It’s tough and uneatable.
I season my ribs with Balanced Bites Coffee BBQ Blend on both sides!
Add a cup of water to the Instant Pot, throw the ribs in and lock the lid in place, making sure that the valve is set to sealed.
On the Instant Pot, push the “Manual” button and set the timer for 30 minutes.
When the timer goes off, manually release the steam. This part always scares me but what’s inside is totally worth the terror!
Baste the ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce. I use this one.
You can make these ribs Whole30 friendly by using BBQ sauce that doesn’t have any sugar in it. Set under the broiler until the BBQ sauce gets sticky and caramelized. About 3-5 minutes. Keep an eye on them. You don’t want to burn them.
Remove from the oven and enjoy these Instant Pot Ribs!
