This time of year we are all trying to maintain our healthy eating habits but it’s hard when your favorite team is playing in a bowl game or you’re attending a Super Bowl party and there are tables full of chips, dips, fried chicken wings, pizza, sandwiches and the list goes on and on. This two ingredient buffalo cauliflower is a simple dish you can take with you to your next gathering with friends and still maintain your healthy eating goals.
What You’ll Need
- Cauliflower
- Buffalo Sauce
How to Make this Buffalo Cauliflower
This cauliflower is the easiest side dish to make and it’s only two ingredients!
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cut the cauliflower into florets. Line a roasting pan with parchment paper and spread out the florets evenly. Roast for 30 minutes in the oven until the cauliflower is golden brown.
Remove the florets from the roasting pan and place into a bowl. Pour 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce over the roasted cauliflower and toss. I prefer to use THIS buffalo sauce because of it’s clean ingredients.
Serve with carrots and celery and my guacamole or your favorite ranch or blue cheese dressing.
